When I first met Kate and Nick, Kate’s enthusiasm for her wedding flowers was so exciting I was delighted to be involved in their wedding.  They wanted flowers to be their main form of decoration and envisioned a wild, colourful and whimsical look using seasonal blooms. Over the coming months we developed a flower recipe using British grown flowers where possible and colour palette to match the beautiful invitations that Kate had designed herself and styled them with cream vintage jugs and rustic accessories to compliment the barn venue. One thing I believe is that flowers should reflect the couple’s personality and this was definitely the case with Kate and Nick! Kate was one of the smiliest bride I’ve ever worked with and wore that beaming smile as she walked down the aisle with her fun, colourful bouquet to marry her love Nick.

TESTIMONIAL

“Where do I begin…Hannah was just wonderful! I can’t recommend her highly enough to other brides who have a passion for beautiful floral creations. My family haven’t stopped talking about the amazing job she did!! I knew I wanted flowers to be the main feature of our decoration and their style was very important to me. I didn’t want a tight posy full of traditional flowers, I wanted a wild, meadow flower theme that would set off our country venue; and boy did she do a fantastic job. She went above and beyond to make sure the flowers we had on the day were exactly what we wanted. She’s so versatile! Colour was also another important factor and its clear she spent time researching what would work well with what was available in season.

You can see the joy she gets from presenting her brides with gorgeous bouquets. I was over the moon when I first saw them and can’t thank her enough for her hard work. She is extremely easy to get along with and will provide as much advice and support as you need. Right from my enquiry to consultation, where she came especially to our house, to emailing back and forth and then the big day itself, she was a joy to work with. Our flowers are one of the first things people comment on when they see pictures and it’s a testament to Hannah’s passion for floristry.”
